In Peralada Castle, El Faro Gastronomical Group, conducted by Luis Núñez, delighted those present with a menú in true Cádiz style with successfully result.
The menu offered for this special occasion was:
- Salt marsh shrimp fritters
- Dices of Conil marinated dogfish
- Skewers of fried king prawns wrapped in brick pastry
- Raw Eastern Oysters
- Fried “ortiguillas” (sea anemone)
- Sea snails from San Fernando
- White prawns
- King prawns from Sanlúcar
- Langoustines from Cádiz Bay
- Raisin ice cream flavoured with Pedro Ximénez Viña 25 wine
