Carnival Night at Baluarte de los Mártires

Several of the most characteristic carnival bands in La Viña area, as well as Ángel Gago’s comical cuarteto ‘Pa’l Desembarco Nosmardía’, will come together next Sunday 3rd February in the Carnival Night that El Faro Catering has organized to delight our customers. This year Márquez Mateos brothers’ Comparsa de Momo, José María Barranco’s Los que van como Cádiz and Manuel Santander’s Bichos (Fuerzas Nasales), will make more enjoyable our gastronomy proposal which will be made up as follows:
Snacks to be served at table
Extra aged Manchego cheese triangles
Smoked sturgeon crunchy delicacy served with sliced goat cheese
Foie and Spanish cured ham over apple compote served on a toast

Cadiz bay boiled prawns (to share)

Cádiz bay gilthead bream loin served with saffron potatoes

Raisins ice-cream flavoured with Pedro Ximénez wine
Drinks: Sanlúcar Manzanilla sherry, sweet and dry Oloroso sherry, Andalusian white wine, Crianza Beronia red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee.
Price per person…..90 Euros (7% VAT included)
After desserts, a free bar service will be opened for three hours to offer top quality spirits: JB and Ballantine’s whisky, Beefeater and Rives gin, Cubay rum, Baileys, alcoholic and non-alcoholic fruit liquors, and Brandy de Jerez. Entertainment will be provided by DJ during the performance intervals. Everything for only 90 euros VAT included.
