Andalusian Parliament requests our service in a special session

November 14th

Only twice the Andalusia House of Deputies had held before a session of parliament out of its usual headquarters at “Hospital de las Cinco Llagas” in Seville. The first one took place in December 1998 to mark the 20th anniversary of the Antequera Pact, a momentous event for the definition of the identity of our self-governing region. The second one was in Cádiz in 2003 to celebrate also 20 years from the creation of the “Junta de Andalucía” governing institution, both therefore of great significance. No less important are the grounds that encourage Messrs. Deputies to leave their regular meeting place for a third time: the celebration of the establishment of courts in San Fernando in 1810. The importance of this institution and the care with which they choose this type of acts make us feel even more proud of having our cuisine at their disposal to accompany the moment.

Including this occasion, we have already been present at several acts from those which are being organized as a prelude to the celebration of the 1812 Constitution Bicentenary. However, unlike previous ones, we opted for a very functional menu of snacks, as this was considered a working session, paying special care in the balanced presence of products of land and sea in order to adjust it to a larger number of palates. Our seafood cream flavoured with sherry brandy shone on our menu
