The already long tradition of collaborating with “Sancho 2” restaurant from Zamora, in order to contrast our sea-based cuisine with that made in central Spain country, transformed this professional experience into an emotional event long time ago, an event intensively expected by the staff of both restaurants that are bonded by a great friendship. Nevertheless, to keep on this exchange of experiences for 15 years, the favorable reception of our customers to this idea has been crucial. Moreover, many of them wait for this appointment year after year as enthusiastically as us.

Without doubt, the success of this initiative is due, to a large extent, to the strong contrast between our usual cuisine, rich in fish and seafood, and that brought from Zamora, featured by the less known meats in Cádiz, such as suckling pork or lamb. Likewise, the menu that ‘Sancho 2’ brings matches with one of the most prestigious wine quality certifications, located also next to Zamora: D.O. Toro.
